DLP Positive Returns 4:1 Employee Giving Match

The DLP Positive Returns Foundation is proud to offer a 4:1 employee giving match program. For every dollar you donate — or every hour you volunteer — at an eligible charity, the foundation will multiply your impact. Donations are matched at 4:1, and volunteer time is valued and matched as well.

How It Works

Step 1

Donate or Volunteer

Make a donation to an eligible 501(c)(3) charity and keep your receipt, or log volunteer hours at an organization you care about.

Step 2

Submit Your Request

Log in, select the charity, and submit a donation match (with receipt) or volunteer hours match (with date and description).

Step 3

PRF Matches

Once approved, the foundation sends a matching check directly to the charity — 4x for donations, and at the volunteer hourly rate for volunteer time.

Eligibility & Guidelines

Donations must be made to eligible 501(c)(3) organizations. Volunteer hours must be performed at an eligible nonprofit. The DLP Positive Returns Foundation reserves the right to review and approve or deny any match request. Organizations whose mission may conflict with the values of DLP and the Positive Returns Foundation may not be eligible for matching. If you are unsure whether your chosen charity qualifies, please reach out before making your donation or volunteering.

Frequently Asked Questions

Volunteer time is valued at $25 per hour, and that equivalent value is matched at the same 4:1 ratio. For example, 10 hours of volunteer work equals $250 in value, which the foundation matches with a $1,000 check to the organization.
